Adding $31.6 million PLUS increasing user fees PLUS additional revenue earned through more houses being built DOES NOT EQUAL a tax freeze.

    I just dont like liars.
    Especially liars that are in our employ.

    How hard is it to tell the truth about the tax increase its not like we have recall ability.
